I've been living with schizophrenia for 22 years. When I'm feeling well, I enjoy composing music and going for rehabilitation walks. Unfortunately, I also experience auditory hallucinations and delusions. I constantly feel like I'm being watched. I hope that one day there will be a medication to eliminate these symptoms.

I'll update my blog on the weekend! I'll write about my days off as a person living with schizophrenia.
